At ROOKER, we have 3 LEED™ Accredited Professionals on staff. Our new construction project with the USDA achieved LEED GOLD certification.

Our innovative partnership with First Century Energy to implement one the largest solar PV arrays in Georgia was recently completed in Athens, GA and will provide over 3.5 million kilowatt hours of solar energy to the power grid over its projected 25-year lifetime.

Features such as T5 light fixtures and containing run-off (grey) water on site and reusing for sanitary conveyance are just a few of the ways ROOKER is helping both our clients and our planet achieve the best long-term solutions.
